As an LCSW, you will connect with clients primarily within a school facility, engaging with both students and parents to provide therapeutic support and resources. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients using evidence-based practices, including individual and group therapy techniques tailored to the needs of students.

• Collaborate with prescribing clinicians, participating in treatment discussions and ensuring that medication management aligns with therapeutic goals.

• Monitor client outcomes as part of a multi-disciplinary team, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

• Participate in continuity of care by facilitating discharge planning, advance care planning, and transitions to other levels of care.

• Develop comprehensive individual treatment plans that address psychiatric diagnoses, specific client concerns, and established treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in our electronic healthcare record system according to departmental policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
