Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: Salary from $136,822 to $179,379 annually, based on experience
• Additional earnings: Up to $10,000/year through Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)

What You'll Do

• Provide overnight trauma and emergency general surgery patient care in a Level II trauma center
• Conduct assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and formulate treatment plans
• Manage inpatient trauma patients, supporting surgeons with procedures and ongoing care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe patient outcomes
• Document all patient interactions accurately in Epic EMR
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, medical staff bylaws, and privileging standards
• Participate in mentorship programs, leadership development, and continuous education

What You Need

• Active ANCC certification, BLS, DEA, and board certification
• Minimum 2 years trauma or acute care surgery experience, or completion of a surgical fellowship (preferred)
• Colorado RN/APRN license or eligibility to license in Colorado
• Strong autonomous clinical judgment and collaborative skills
• Ability to work night shift and manage high-acuity cases with professionalism
