Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs, providing accurate diagnosis and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in therapeutic conversations with patients to listen to their concerns, providing empathy and understanding while promoting mental health self-care.

• Develop and implement personalized coping strategies that patients can use to manage their challenges effectively.

• Monitor and track patient progress regularly; adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Educate both patients and staff about the impact of stress and trauma, as well as effective coping mechanisms to foster resilience.

• Facilitate coordination with social services, healthcare providers, and community outreach programs to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

• Ensure professional development by completing continuing education courses to maintain National Certified Counselor certification and stay informed on the latest best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
