Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to discern clients' unique mental health requirements and collaborate to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

• Work alongside case managers, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to offer coordinated care that addresses all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health issues, employing both expertise and empathy to guide them through challenging situations.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, including educational workshops and mental health awareness campaigns, aimed at reducing stigma and promoting better understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve span a wide demographic, often facing varying degrees and types of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and situational stressors. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
