Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients interested in our medical weight loss programs
• Educate patients on treatment options, pricing, and program benefits
• Build trust and rapport to guide patients through enrollment
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate documentation
• Work closely with clinical and administrative staff

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience (healthcare, wellness, or fitness preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and payment options
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is mandatory
