Product Compliance Analyst Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour
• 7-Month Contract 

Product Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:

• Process customer compliance requests and documentation for existing and new product offerings
• Prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS), hazard communication materials, and customer statements
• Communicate product compliance requirements to internal teams and external customers
• Research and resolve customer compliance inquiries, escalating issues when necessary
• Manage and maintain tank state registrations and compliance-related records
• Compile product delivery, storage, and regulatory information for customer and company use
• Support the review and approval process for product documentation and deliveries
• Complete, file, and maintain required regulatory reports, applications, notifications, and records

Product Compliance Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physical Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical documentation, or regulatory databases preferred
• 1–3 years of business, compliance, regulatory, or customer-focused experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams
