Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm seeking a 3rd to 5th year Capital Markets Associate to join its Chicago office on a hybrid basis. This is a transactional role for an associate who enjoys advising on public company securities matters and supporting issuer side and underwriter side work in a fast moving, team oriented environment. The platform is well established with a deep corporate bench and strong cross office collaboration, offering meaningful partner access and the ability to take on increasing responsibility with appropriate support. The Opportunity You will work on public securities transactions and ongoing reporting and compliance matters, with a particular emphasis on work arising under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The practice supports a broad corporate client base and offers regular collaboration with colleagues across complementary corporate and finance teams.
