HOURS: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

YOUR NEXT ROLE - PERSONAL BANKER

As a Personal Banker, you’ll help customers choose the right accounts and lending options while keeping every detail accurate and compliant. You’ll handle day-to-day transactions, open and maintain retail and business accounts, and complete consumer and home equity loans from application through decision. You’ll also make thoughtful referrals to partners (mortgage, investment, commercial, and merchant services), support calling/marketing efforts, and help keep the branch’s sales goals on track. In the branch manager’s absence, you’ll step in as a steady leader.

What you’ll bring
- High school diploma/GED (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years in a Personal Banker/Universal Banker role (or similar banking, sales, and/or customer service) with a sales orientation
- Strong communication, professionalism, organization, and follow-up
- Comfort with technology and common computer software

You’ll start the morning getting set for the lobby and appointments—reviewing follow-ups and checking your pipeline. The day moves between quick customer questions, scheduled sit-downs, and a few “while I’m here…” moments that turn into great conversations. You’ll coordinate with partners on referrals, keep notes tidy, and circle back with customers so nothing slips through the cracks. If the branch manager is out, you’ll help keep the pace smooth—answering questions, keeping priorities clear, and making sure the team feels supported. You’ll wrap up by confirming next steps and teeing up tomorrow’s wins.
