People Operations Lead — Build Systems, Equity & Payroll
Maritime Technology Startup (Stealth)
Oceanus Marine Technologies is hiring its first in-house People Operations Specialist to own and evolve our People foundations as we scale. You’ll craft strategy, systems, and programs that create leverage for the business and employees. You will implement end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, manage payroll and benefits, and ensure compliance while collaborating with brokers, providers, and outside counsel as needed.
