About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Innovation and Growth Officer (CIGO) to lead the strategic advancement of organizational growth, industry influence, and innovation. The CIGO will be responsible for driving enterprise growth, innovation, and revenue diversification strategies, with a focus on translating safety expertise into market solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This executive role requires a champion of innovation who can identify emerging industry needs, lead the evolution of business practices, and build strategic partnerships that align with the organization's mission and brand integrity. The successful candidate will have a strong background in enterprise revenue generation, sales, business development, and marketing strategies, as well as a deep understanding of occupational safety, risk management, and standards development. Candidates for the CIGO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of leadership experience. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving organizational growth, market expansion, and business development at an enterprise level. Essential skills include the ability to lead innovation strategies, strong business and financial acumen, and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
