Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise-level technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, and project leadership.
- Define application, integration, data, and technology architecture.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization and optimization opportunities.
- Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the solution development and implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across the US, Canada, and offshore locations.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Support technical discussions, design reviews, and implementation planning.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software/IT, with significant experience in Solution Architecture .
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale applications and technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to create architecture documentation and present technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
