Litigation Paralegal - Growing Law Firm in Encino Growing Mid-size Law Firm in Encino is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of civil litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and strong Excel skills. This range is provided by Adams & Martin Group. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities Propounding and responding to discovery Drafting legal documents and correspondence Analyzing wage and hour claims, penalties, and damages Conducting exposure analysis Preparing materials for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, etc. Conducting legal research Qualifications Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience; 5+ years preferred Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant attestation required Advanced Excel skills is a big plus Benefits Firm offers opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility, generous benefits packages, and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
