This is a hybrid role based in Valley City, OH or Towson, MD. You'll get to:Assist attorneys and other legal professionals in the management of the Company's global litigation docket, disputes, and other matters.Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support litigation strategies.Assist in the timely and adequate preparation, review, organization, and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and trial documents.Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Support the drafting and editing of correspondence, memos, and reports.Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, depositions, hearings, appointments, and other legal proceedings.Communicate with internal departments and external parties to gather information and facilitate legal processes.Monitor and track regulatory changes and updates relevant to the company's operations.Provide general administrative support to the Global Litigation Group.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the leadership of the Legal Team.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
