Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM Tue 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM Wed 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM Thur 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM Sun 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to policy. Complete accurate reports, maintain professional communication with site contacts, and support a welcoming environment for all individuals at the location. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
