AI Governance, Senior Analyst

AI Governance Sr Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AI asset inventory and lifecycle.
- Coordinate AI governance intake, approvals, and risk assessments.
- Track compliance with EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, FDA AI/ML guidance, and emerging AI regulations.
- Maintain AI governance policies, documentation, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Support audits, governance committees, and cross-functional teams (Privacy, Legal, IT, InfoSec, Quality, R&D).
- Monitor remediation actions and governance metrics.
Required Skills:
- AI governance, compliance, privacy, or risk management.
- AI risk assessments, governance workflows, inventory management, audit support.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI (bias, transparency, privacy, security, IP).
- Familiarity with AI regulations (EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, FDA AI/ML).
- Strong project coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with GRC tools (OneTrust, AuditBoard, ServiceNow) preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or HS diploma with equivalent experience).
- 2+ years related experience (5+ years preferred) in governance, compliance, privacy, quality, or risk management.
- Medical device/life sciences experience preferred.
- IAPP certifications (AIGP, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus.
