Position: Sales Associate
Industry: Luxury Retail Fashion Join the World of High-End Fashion. Sell Style. Create Experiences. Win Big. We are seeking dynamic, fashion-forward stylists to join our luxury retail boutiques in Las Vegas. If you have retail experience (especially in fashion) and a winner’s mindset, we want to meet you. This isn’t just another retail job—it’s a high-performance role with aggressive commissions, big bonuses, and hourly base pay. Our top stylists earn serious income and grow with us as we expand. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-end clientele
- Style customers head-to-toe in our exclusive collections
- Build client relationships and retain loyal VIP customers
- Stay on top of fashion trends and bring them to life in-store
- Work with a goal-driven team focused on performance and growth
- Help maintain the luxury atmosphere of the store
- Minimum 2 years of Retail experience is required
- Strong communicator with confidence and a positive attitude
- Motivated by commissions, competition, and success
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and sales
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ready to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Availability to work 5 days per week
- $18 Base Hourly Pay + Uncapped Very Aggressive Commission + Monthly Bonuses ($55,000–$85,000+ annually)
