Sales Professional

Summary The Sales Professional focuses on delivering a memorable client experience in a luxury showroom environment by building relationships, anticipating client needs, and presenting products with storytelling and technical detail. This role requires passion for timepieces and/or jewelry, strong selling skills, and familiarity with showroom systems and CRM. The Sales Professional supports the team by managing client interactions, administrative tasks, and showroom presentation. Responsibilities Confidently present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere. Build, maintain, and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform. Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands and collections in the showroom. Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage. Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines and turn clients to teammates when appropriate. Use company systems, hardware, and software independently to complete tasks. Complete administrative responsibilities that support the client experience. Accept and deliver client repairs as required and perform duties assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma. Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience. Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry and excellent storytelling ability. Strong client service, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate (MS Office) and able to use CRM and showroom systems.
