Over the past 5 years, company contributions (matching, quarterly & discretionary) for fully eligible employees have averaged 10% of total eligible compensation* Benefits are provided in compliance with applicable plans and policies.Job Description:Shift Details: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMWhat You’ll DoProvide professional communication to Ace Retailers through various channels regarding order status, adjustments, stock status information and purchase orders.Diligently work with other departments to ensure accurate delivery status.Work closely with credit department concerning credit status of Ace Retailers regarding rush orders.Accurately determine issuance of inventory adjustments and credits.Accurate maintenance of customer files.Prepare credits and debit paperwork for accounting department.What you need to succeed:Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.High school diploma, some college education is preferred.Ability to work in warehouse environment when researching discrepancies.Minimum two years of excellent customer service experience.Professional phone presence with strong listening and communication skills.Ability to multitask, high attention to detail, superb problem-solving skills and follow through.Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, AS400 experience a plus.Want to be notified when new jobs are posted?
