A highly reputable Virginia firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its Commercial Real-Estate Development practice group in its Richmond, VA office. In this role you will be handling complex, sophisticated commercial and real estate matters including leasing, acquisition, development and finance. You will have immediate opportunities to draft, negotiate and review purchase sale agreements, commercial leases and loan documents and handle title and survey due diligence.
