Birchwood Arbors , a Lifespark Assisted Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA to join our growing team.

We are in Forest Lake, located immediately South of highway 61 and highway 8 corridors. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.

Location: 750 NE First Street Forest Lake, MN 55025, USA
Schedule Available: 0.2 PM, 0.5 PM, (3p-11p)

0.7 NOC (11p-7a)
HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:          

• HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.          

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.           

• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.          

• Assist with medication administration.          

Caregiver (HHA) Qualifications:          

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.          

• Strong interest in healthcare.          

• Positive, compassionate attitude.          

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
