In-Home Caregiver – Hugo Area

Pay: $18–$21/hour based on experience + $3/hour Weekend Differential

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide personalized, non-medical support that helps clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care

• Preparing meals

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Offering medication reminders

• Assisting with mobility and transfers

• Performing light housekeeping

• Providing transportation and assistance with errands

• Supporting clients with daily routines and activities

Qualifications

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

We're looking for someone who is:

• At least 18 years old

• Compassionate, dependable, and responsible

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Willing to learn and develop new skills

• Able to communicate effectively

• Equipped with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, DSS, or other healthcare professional is a plus.

Education & Career Advancement

To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
