Business Analyst III

Location: Hybrid – associates required in office 1-2 days per week; flexibility otherwise. Hybrid Policy: Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance unless accommodation is provided. Business Analyst III – liaison between business and IT translating complex business needs into application software. How You Will Make An Impact Analyze complex end‑user needs to determine optimal solutions. Determine business application software requirements for complex needs. Develop project plans, identify and coordinate resources, including those outside the unit. Work with programming staff to ensure requirements incorporated into system design and testing. Act as a resource for software users to address questions and issues. Provide direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team. Minimum Requirements BA/BS degree and minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences Strong knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations. Applicable to Government Business Division entities: sensitive position work designation with additional background checks, clearances, segregation duties, role‑specific training, monitoring, and sensitive data handling instructions. Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is $77,280 – $115,920.
