You will answer inbound calls, assist members with questions about memberships, and deliver proactive, personalized solutions in English and Spanish while navigating multiple systems. The role starts with 100% virtual training for about four months, with shifts between 9:00am and 9:00pm Mon–Fri and Saturday bullpen coverage during training. #J-18808-Ljbffr AAA
