Role We're looking for a highly organized Program Coordinator to work directly with the founders, helping keep multiple projects moving while supporting every aspect of the Summit's planning and execution. This is not a traditional event operations role. Instead, you'll sit at the center of the business, coordinating speakers, sponsors, marketing activities, research and internal projects so the founders can stay focused on business development, partnerships and strategic growth. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate speaker communications, biographies, headshots and presentation materials Support sponsor and partner communications and track deliverables Maintain HubSpot CRM records, reporting and pipeline administration Conduct company, attendee and prospect research Assist with LinkedIn outreach, contact research and list building Coordinate marketing assets, website updates and email campaigns Organize Google Drive, documents, spreadsheets and project files Schedule meetings and manage follow-up actions communications and registration activities Support the founders with day-to-day project coordination across the business We're Looking For Someone Who Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Can comfortably manage multiple projects at once Communicates professionally and confidently Enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment Is proactive and takes ownership rather than waiting for direction Learns new software quickly Has experience using Google Workspace Is comfortable working with CRM systems such as HubSpot (or similar) Has previous experience supporting conferences, events, partnerships, marketing or business operations Bonus Experience Event or conference production LinkedIn and social media coordination Canva or basic graphic design Email marketing platforms Interest in technology, startups or the commercial space industry Why Join Up/Link?
