About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and drive HR excellence across its regional hospitals and care sites. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with executive teams to design and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and values. This role involves ensuring the integration of HR practices and policies, defining long-term goals, and serving as a strategic partner to address workforce challenges. The VP of HR will also be responsible for team member relations, culture, and talent management, including leadership development and change management. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within the healthcare sector. The role requires a proven track record in strategic planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement at an executive level. The ideal candidate will be adept at championing a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance, and will have experience in leading change management efforts. Collaboration with Centers of Expertise to implement region-specific programs and a focus on continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance the employee experience are also key aspects of the role.
