Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, intake evaluations, and risk assessments to fully understand each client’s needs and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to promote client well-being.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care to address issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in clients’ circumstances or feedback.

• Provide teletherapy options to improve accessibility for clients, ensuring consistent support regardless of location.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation in accordance with state licensing requirements and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to continuously refine clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages grappling with mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and more. You will be instrumental in working closely with clients who are each on their unique paths to recovery, providing the necessary support to facilitate their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R is required for consideration.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build rapport and trust with a diverse client population.

• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
