The Inventory Clerk maintains the integrity of the inventory value by keeping all inventory updated while it remains in the store through inventory counts. Tasks: Complete all assigned inventory changes by: reviewing specified reports, thorough research, receiving correction, POS corrections Attend and participate in mandatory meetings Meet with supervisor monthly to ensure personal development, address issues and review goal progress. "On site" attendance must fall within the company standards as outlined in the handbook. Provide exceptional customer service as necessary to prove our mission statement Being an "Essential Business" and open for the community, employees may be expected to work outside of their normal job responsibilities during disaster situations. All duties will be within reasonable expectations. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years old or older Must be able to work a 37 to 40 hour week Work Requirements Skills include: Time management, Multi-tasking, complex problem solving, organization, reliability, attention to detail, ability to concentrate, teamwork Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently. Communication: Being able to communicate with your peers and produce verbal progress reports to members of management. Patience: Being able to work closely with peers and management to get to the root of a problem and find a solution which can be maintained by members of the M&D team. Self-Development: The willingness to continue learning in your field and increase in knowledge as technology changes. Integrity: Maintains a high standard of ethical conduct. Takes responsibility for mistakes and does not blame others. Keeps commitments and treats others with respect Teamwork: Recognizes group goals and supports them. Accepts different points of view.
