Payroll Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a multi-site workforce. This role serves as a key resource for employees, supervisors, and leadership by ensuring payroll transactions are completed accurately, maintaining compliance with payroll regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to manage confidential information while supporting continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities Process payroll for employees across multiple locations and various pay schedules. Maintain payroll records by accurately entering and updating employee information, including new hires, status changes, and other personnel transactions within the HRIS system. Perform regular payroll and HR data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and supervisors, providing timely and professional support. Create, maintain, and analyze payroll and workforce reports using Excel and other reporting tools. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy. Support new employee onboarding and supervisor training related to payroll procedures and timekeeping. Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies, privacy standards, and record retention requirements. Assist with payroll-related projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Partner with internal departments to ensure payroll activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Provide support for payroll operations across multiple business locations as needed. Occasional travel may be required to support additional facilities or business operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
