This onsite role puts you right in the middle of the action, working directly with guests while developing your skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Our team thrives on teamwork, quick thinking, and creating unforgettable experiences for every player.This position offers competitive pay at $17.31 per hour, plus an impressive average tip rate of approximately $21 per hour. There is no tip pooling. What you earn is what you keep. Your responsibilities will include:Hosting and managing a variety of table gamesInteracting with players in a friendly, professional mannerShuffling and dealing cardsHandling bets, payouts, and transactions accuratelyEnsuring all gaming rules, safety practices, and internal controls are followedMaintaining a positive and engaging gaming experience for all guestsThis role primarily involves swing and night shifts, when the casino is at its busiest, offering a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of guest interaction.What Matters MostSuccess in this role comes from a blend of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and confident under pressure. You will need to:Follow established gaming rules and Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe proceduresCompute payable odds, pay winning bets, and collect losing wagers accuratelyEnsure wagers are placed properly before cards are dealt or games beginAnnounce winning outcomes clearly and professionallyVerify chip and currency balances at the beginning and end of each shiftExchange currency for chipsRecognize and process promotional couponsMonitor gameplay and report any disputes or concerns to a supervisorKnowledge and Skills – Experience wanted, not requiredAbility to deal cards according to rules and regulationsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage payouts and wagers accuratelyConfidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume settingAbility to follow all gaming regulations and internal controlsWill You Join Our Team?Whether you are experienced or interested in enrolling in our new Dealer School to start your journey, we would love to meet you.
