Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech (SPT)

Job Title(1st Shift) 6AM-2:30PM, with scheduled rotating weekends and occasional scheduled holidays Mon-FriScreen for high disinfection levels. We are seeking candidates who are experienced with all areas of the department, which include:Decontamination of all items (drills, davinci, scopes)Assembly of all instruments in all service lines (trauma, loaners, peel packaging included)Sterilization process (sterrad and steam)HLD/Scope experienceSterile storageOR liaison experienceCensitrac tracking system experienceCBSPD or CRCST requiredAya SPT candidate eligibility restrictions:Previous permanent staff and return travelers are not eligible for return anywhere in the system. (Return travelers are considered to be any clinician that has taken an assignment at ANY location & is re-applying anywhere within the OSU umbrella)Travelers who reach the one-year max contract limit are not eligible for extensions or future assignments.Candidates who reside within a 50-mile radius of the care site address are not eligible. Current contractors who are already within the 50-mile radius may complete their existing contract and extend up to the one-year maximum contract limit.
