Phlebotomist
$17.75 - $31 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for its Bloomington, Illinois Patient Service Center to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide customer service. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with rotating Saturday shifts every six weeks.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses
- Accurately enter patient information and maintain specimen logs
- Process billing information and collect patient payments
- Prepare specimens for testing and provide superior customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification, completed training program, or 3+ months phlebotomy experience
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Proven exceptional customer service track record
Compensation: $17.75–$31.00 per hour
