This is a hands-on role responsible for designing high-impact campaigns while guiding team execution through clear direction and scalable systems. Please note this is a fully on-site position within our headquarter offices (Jersey City, New Jersey).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign key campaign assets including ads, emails, landing pages, and web bannersDefine visual direction and layout systems for campaignsEnsure strong visual hierarchy, typography, and overall design qualityGuide team execution through clear direction, references, and feedbackReview and refine all digital outputs before releaseMaintain consistency across all digital touchpointsBuild templates and systems to support scale productionCollaborate with marketing on campaign planning and executionLeverage AI tools to improve workflow and creative outputQualifications3+ years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or marketing designStrong portfolio demonstrating campaign workAbility to lead through design execution and directionTools & SkillsAdobe Creative Suite with strong proficiency in Adobe PhotoshopKlaviyo (email design, layout, and campaign execution)FigmaAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)After Effects + Premier Pro (plus)Understanding of e-commerce and conversion-focused design The Fesco Group
