Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient conditions. Collaborate with the care team, communicate care plans, and prioritize patient flow to ensure safety and effectiveness. Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, educating, and maintaining satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support professional growth, and foster a positive work environment through mentorship and leadership. Maintain documentation, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and contribute to shared governance activities. Other duties include supporting organizational policies and continuous quality enhancement. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred. Current RN license with required certifications, including BLS. Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and participate in team-based care.
