Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Current nursing license
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking and professional discretion.
- Utilize independent judgment in making patient care decisions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
