Junior Assistant Location: Briarwood School Hours: 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday–Friday (flexible schedules may be available). Salary: Starting at $14.15 per hour. About the Organization The Work-Family Connection is a non‑profit organization that has been providing before and after school enrichment programs since 1989. We operate in more than 30 school districts, offering working parents a safe, supportive space for their children to receive homework help, stay secure, and have fun. Responsibilities Assist the Site Director with the day‑to‑day operations of the after‑school program. Engage with children and parents, implementing curriculum and activities. Support students with homework and ensure their safety and supervision throughout the program. Demonstrate motivation, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
