Job Description

ON CALL REQUIRED! Once every 5 weeks.

· Provide user support to associates on all company owned equipment and all company implemented Information Systems, performed daily.

· Provide hardware troubleshooting services for all desktop PC's, laptop computers, Personal Digital Assistants, printers and other peripherals

· Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to customer base.

· Provide maintenance services for hardware where required.

· Provide data transfer, backup, and system installation for new computer equipment.

· Provide productivity application software support to staff in the local and field offices. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.

· Facilitate technology training as needed to employees.

· Assist with software installation and customization for end users.

· Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.

· Coordinate equipment service with outside vendors.

· Due to extended Help Desk coverage hours, evening and weekend work will occasionally be required.

Associates may be exposed less than one-third of his or her time to the risk of electric shock.

Skills and Requirements
