Communications Coordinator

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Communications Coordinator to help manage day-to-day communication with customers, partners, and internal teams. This role is responsible for keeping information organized, responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and helping ensure clear and consistent communication across different channels.

You’ll interact regularly with customers while also working behind the scenes to organize requests, prepare updates, maintain communication records, and connect people with the information they need.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer and partner inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, schedules, company activities, and current offerings
• Coordinate communication and follow-up between customers and internal departments
• Direct inquiries and requests to the appropriate team members
• Monitor open requests and help ensure timely responses
• Prepare routine emails, customer updates, notices, confirmations, and informational materials
• Coordinate appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling communications
• Maintain accurate contact information and communication records
• Document customer requests, feedback, and follow-up activity
• Organize contact lists, communication logs, and related materials
• Assist with communications surrounding events, campaigns, and company initiatives
• Review customer-facing information for clarity and consistency
• Gather information from internal teams and communicate relevant updates
• Help identify recurring customer questions and assist with maintaining FAQs and informational resources
• Support additional communications and administrative projects as needed

Experience in communications, customer service, client services, administrative support, marketing, hospitality, operations, or another customer-facing environment is helpful but not required.
