It is our mission to provide the highest quality, cost-effective legal services to our clients. Compensation Salary range: $150k - $250k annually + bonus. Schedule Position is full-time, exempt. Business hours are 8:30am‑5:30pm Monday‑Thursday, 8:30am‑5:00pm Friday. Hybrid Work Model We currently offer a hybrid in‑office/remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of onboarding and training in‑office as deemed necessary for the position by the Firm before transitioning to a hybrid/remote schedule, subject to supervisor approval. Responsibilities Provide legal representation to clients, assessing facts and issues and counseling clients appropriately. Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business. Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase the firm’s visibility in the community and industry. Represent the firm internally and externally. Take on cases from inception to close with little to no oversight. Perform other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department. Qualifications J.D. and an active California Bar license. 7+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney. Previous litigation experience. Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics. Ability to multitask and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in real‑estate law. Previous trial experience. Experience with ProLaw or other billing and document management program. Why Work for Us?
