This role focuses on reviewing and annotating audio interactions between users and an AI voice model to ensure that all data used by the system is accurate, clearly labeled, and aligned with established guidelines. You will listen to recorded conversations, compare them with written transcripts, and apply detailed annotations that directly support the training and improvement of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Listen to recorded audio clips of users interacting with an AI system and carefully review their content.
• Compare audio recordings against written transcripts and identify any inaccuracies or discrepancies.
• Confirm and document exactly what the user said to ensure accurate transcription and labeling.
• Remove or exclude irrelevant noise and non-essential audio segments according to guidelines.
• Use dedicated software to mark and label relevant portions of audio.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing repetitive, computer-based tasks.

• Strong computer skills
• High attention to detail when reviewing and annotating audio and transcripts.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures consistently.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to updated processes.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills when categorizing AI responses and actions.
• Comfort performing repetitive, detail-oriented work with sustained focus.

This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
