Bilingual Recruiter

Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support our recruitment operations in Baton Rouge, LA 70806 . The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in interviewing, screening, and placing candidates into open roles. Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 per year Scheduled: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, After hours and weekends as needed. Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions Communicate with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish Utilize ATS systems to track applicants, update records, and manage candidate pipelines Conduct phone screenings, in-person/video interviews, and onboarding support Coordinate start dates, collect required documentation, and assist candidates through the hiring process Ensure compliance with company and client hiring requirements Perform other job duties as assigned Qualifications 1 year of previous recruiting or staffing experience (Preferred) Experience using ATS or CRM systems is (Required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily hiring targets Strong organizational and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr CDR General Services
