- Buscar y atraer candidatos a través de bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales, redes de contactos y referencias
- Revisar currículums y realizar entrevistas iniciales para evaluar las calificaciones de los candidatos
- Emparejar candidatos con oportunidades laborales adecuadas según sus habilidades y experiencia
- Construir y mantener relaciones con clientes para comprender sus necesidades de contratación
- Gestionar todo el ciclo de reclutamiento desde la publicación del puesto hasta la aceptación de la oferta
- Mantener registros precisos de los candidatos en el sistema de seguimiento de solicitantes
- A viajar es requisite
Turnos:
- Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m.
- Rotación de guardia de 1 semana
