Role:

This entry-level role will be calling customers whose insurance is coming up for policy renewal, making sure that all the information we have on file is accurate, and gathering information that is relevant to the business and industry.

The role involves customer contact by phone and email, and the availability to follow guidelines to ensure accurate information is recorded.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Calling for renewal intake with existing clients.
• Follow up with clients
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Provide customer service via telephone

Qualifications:

• Insurance Experience - Insurance experience is not necessary.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication - The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization - Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
• Team Oriented - Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, using the telephone, and working on a computer are part of this role.
