Born and raised in Vermont, we expanded into Massachusetts and quickly fell in love with the Hadley community. Now we're looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager who shares our passion for local food and wants to help us keep growing in our new home.

We're a Vermont-based, mission-driven creperie with a long history of supporting local farmers, strengthening our regional food shed, and engaging deeply with our communities. Our goal is simple: create a warm, comfort-casual dining experience for guests and a supportive, growth-oriented workplace for our team.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant experience, including cooking, guest service and management experience
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A hospitality-driven mindset and a desire to support and uplift your team
• Willingness to learn, teach, and cross-train
• ServSafe Food Manager, Chokesaver and Allergens Certification
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen preferred

Kitchen Operations

• Prepare food to order with consistency, quality, and speed
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Handle prep, cooking, crepe spinning, dishwashing and cleaning
• Follow sanitation procedures and uphold food safety standards
• Use recipes and portion control to maintain quality and cost accuracy
• Balance high volume with high quality

Leadership & Support

• Serve as a key holder, opening and/or closing the restaurant
• Train, support, and supervise team members
• Cover Assistant General Manager duties when needed
• Perform cash operations and ensure accurate financial transactions
• Jump into both kitchen and dining room roles as needed
• Assist with inventory, specials rollouts, and ordering
• Support the team in meeting or exceeding financial and profitability goals
