Associate Director, WW Pricing Analytics

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to lead worldwide pricing analytics supporting global pricing strategy and product launches. The role involves translating complex data into business insights while partnering across Global Pricing, Market Access, Finance, and Commercial teams to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic pricing analytics across global portfolio to support pricing and product launch decisions
- Coordinate global pricing budget process including collection, validation, and analysis of international pricing assumptions
- Conduct international pricing analyses to assess opportunities, risks, and cross-market implications
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and analytical capabilities for pricing information accessibility
- Lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field preferred
- 5+ years experience in Finance, pricing, market access, business analytics, or quantitative business discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large, complex datasets
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for senior leadership presentations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Pharmaceutical pricing, market access, or healthcare market knowledge preferred
Compensation: $157,030 - $190,282
