Job Description

This role focuses on small-parts final assembly of firearms, accurately putting together all components to produce a high-quality finished product. You will work in a production environment using mechanical assembly techniques, hand tools, and power tools while following blueprints and meeting strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform small parts final assembly of firearms by accurately putting together all components of the product.
• Ensure all assembly work meets established quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Utilize mechanical assembly techniques, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Interpret and follow blueprints and assembly documentation to guide the assembly process.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes on every unit produced.
• Work on a high-volume assembly line, consistently meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and support a strong culture of teamwork.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with basic repair or rework activities when needed to correct assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with manufacturing and safety standards.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience working in a production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn firearm assembly processes.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience with mechanical assembly or parts assembly in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or similar technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliable work ethic, strong character, and positive, proactive attitude.
• Demonstrated job tenure and consistency in previous roles.
• Comfort working on an assembly line with high production numbers while standing for extended periods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous firearm assembly experience is a plus.
• Experience in production, mechanical assembly, or repair is beneficial.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Motivated, "go-getter" mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to adapt to different shifts during training and a regular schedule.

Work Environment

Work takes place in a brand-new, state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. The role is based on an assembly line with high production numbers, requiring standing for most of the shift and working closely with a team. The regular schedule is B shift, Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with initial training on first shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for approximately 4–6 weeks. Overtime opportunities are available, including Saturdays and extended hours at the end of shifts. The environment emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient production, with access to onsite urgent care services for employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ellabell, GA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Ellabell,GA.
