Sr. Human Resources Manager

Job Description Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Human Resources Manager to join our client's team based in the Hamilton, New Jersey area. In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for overseeing payroll and benefits, and engaging in all aspects of Human Resources. This role is within a growing company with a start-up feel, providing a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Responsibilities Oversee and manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Administer benefits programs, providing comprehensive support for all employees Engage in various aspects of HR, including hiring processes, compliance, and employee relations Utilize HR tools such as ADP, ATS, Ceridian, and HCM for efficient management of HR operations Ensure effective communication with all levels of the organization, fostering a positive work environment Participate in the strategic planning and growth of the company Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and guidelines Develop and implement effective hiring processes to attract top talent Build and maintain effective relationships with all employees, promoting a positive company culture Qualifications Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate employee records. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred. Extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager, preferably in a senior role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HCM systems Thorough understanding of Benefit Functions Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and laws related to HR Proven track record in managing Employee Relations Experience in developing and implementing effective Hiring Processes Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
