Contract-to-hire HR / Recruiting Coordinator - Houston


Walker Elliott is working on a contract-to hire HR/Recruiting Coordinator opportunity with an established company in Houston, TX. This is an onsite, Monday-Friday position supporting the HR team and recruiting efforts. This is great opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing Houston-based upstream operator with a strong reputation and a great team.



Responsibilities:


• Coordinating and scheduling interviews


• Assisting with new-hire onboarding


• Reviewing and screening resumes


• Working with recruiting agencies and coordinating candidate activity


• Supporting broader recruiting and HR initiatives


• Helping keep the recruiting process organized and moving efficiently


Requirements:


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and follow-through


• Prior recruiting or HR experience preferred


• Upstream oil & gas experience is a plus, but not required
