Full-time | W2 | $150,000–$300,000+ Annually
Roof It Forward is hiring a Field Sales Manager to help grow the Cincinnati market.
This is a field-based roofing sales role for someone who can lead from the front!
As the market grows, this person will also help build, train, and support a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through door knocking, canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
- Meet with homeowners and guide them through the roofing/restoration process
- Inspect properties, including climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
- Manage jobs from first contact through completion
- Use Salesforce to track leads, activity, customer communication, and performance
- Identify target areas and help coordinate daily canvassing plans
- Recruit, train, coach, and support future reps as the market grows
- Work closely with leadership, production, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
- Door knocking or canvassing experience
- Outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, restoration, construction, home services, or insurance restoration
- Ability to manage jobs from start to finish
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
- Leadership mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working around roofing job sites
- Professional, ethical, and customer-first approach
