About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Partnership to lead the strategy and management of its largest non-media partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the impact of the partnership across the enterprise, ensuring the satisfaction and success of the relationship. This role involves building and maintaining a strong partnership, defining and evolving best practices, and engaging enterprise-level support to deliver on brand and revenue goals. The VP will also oversee the execution of all partnership components, including consumer product development, delivery of contractual assets, and the promotion of brand affiliation and marketing programs. A key aspect of the role is to continually seek opportunities to strengthen the relationship and to serve as a trusted advisor on all partnership-related matters. Applicants for the Vice President, Enterprise Partnership position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 12 years' of experience in strategy, general management, partnership marketing, consumer products, and/or project management. The role requires a creative strategist with the ability to commercialize opportunities, proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, and superior organization and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in sports marketing, licensing, or retail, and knowledge of soccer, are strongly desired. The VP will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, travel as needed, and be committed to the company's values of quality work, ethics, and integrity.
