Inside Sales Representative

Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX! Pay rate is $20/hour. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders (phone, walk-in, and electronic) Accurately enter and verify orders, including credit approvals Coordinate order fulfillment, including pulling, packaging, and delivery prep Route daily delivery trucks based on customer needs and timelines Handle counter sales, returns, credits, and cash transactions Generate delivery manifests and maintain route sheets Monitor backorders, trouble queues, and order status daily Maintain inventory records and communicate restocking needs Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and vendors on order status Support sales team with daily order deadlines Ensure proper handling of COD and credit-approved orders Provide professional and timely customer communication Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, or inventory control Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Previous supervisory experience preferred Industry experience in alterations or dry cleaning is a plus Apply now!
